Counselling & Supervision in Worthing
I have been a qualified counsellor for over 20 years, and have been an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) since 2009.
My initial training was as an Integrative Counsellor, which means I can work with a variety of different modalities in order to provide each client with an individual approach depending on their preference or need.
I provide counselling, in person from my private and comfortable room in Goring-by-Sea, Worthing and online via Zoom/WhatsApp.

Experience and Qualifications
My initial training was as an Integrative Counsellor.
Modalities that I am informed by include:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
person-centred counselling
psychodynamic counselling
Existential therapy
Gestalt therapy
Transactional Analysis (TA)
Inner Child therapy
I work in a relational way – recognising that it is often the depth of trust and connection between counsellor and client that is a major component in the healing process.
I have extensive experience working with childhood trauma. As part of my Masters’ Degree, I researched the specific impact experiencing an emotionally and/or physically absent mother in childhood can have on a person.
My relevant qualifications are:
M.A (distinction) Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice (2022)
Cert. Couples and Relationship Counselling (2018)
BSc. (Hons.) Reflective Therapeutic Practice (2012)
Level 6 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision (2008)
Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (2005)
